In common with other prestigious properties in this part of South West London, flat prices have been climbing steadily towards the £600,000 mark, depending on their location, size and condition.  

Whilst most of the 56 flats have four-bedrooms, some have five or six bedrooms and some are correspondingly smaller with three or two rooms.  Most 4 bedroom flats are around 2,000 sq ft in area.

Each year a service charge is set to cover anticipated costs and allow for future capital expenditure. 

This annual service charge of around £5.5k includes:

Local water rates 
Two full-time porters 
Gardeners
Future capital expense
Off-road car-parking
